Pebbles in my Pocket is excited to take part in welcoming home over 600 Utah's soldiers who have just finished their tour in Iraq!
You are invited to the Welcome Home Troop Celebration!!
When: June 14th from 11 am to 5 pm

What: Live musical entertainment, a parade, food and FUN!!
Why: To show your support and thankfulness for our troops!
Card's for Troops will have a booth at this event, headed up by Tina Gonzales. Please stop by and help create FREE blank handmade cards that will be sent overseas for our service men & women. They will be able to write personal cards back home to their loved ones, for birthdays, anniversaries, thinking of you, I love you and just because...
If you are unable to attend the event but would like to donate money for envelopes, create & donate your own handmade cards or come to Pebbles in my Pocket to create more cards, please email us at storecoordinator@pebblesinmypocket.com for more information on how you can help show your appreciation for our troops!

My sons and I spent the afternoon at Ft Douglas to welcome home the troops and celebrate flag day. Thank you for providing such a neat experience to make and send cards to the troops - the boys through the cards were a little too frilly, but they made one anyways. :0) R
