Here it is...just like I promised. See how simple? Dab a little hot glue in the center of paper square, fold the corners in, then press them all down with a pencil until cool. Add another dab of hot glue onto the back of a button and quickly place it down in center of pinwheel with pencil as well. Use a good quality white craft glue to adhere pinwheel to tag.
