Take a peak at the beginnings of our Thanksgiving paper crafts... many more to come!  Why is it that fall brings such a hearty appetite for good homemade food and a desire to nest at home? This is a good time to open our homes to family, friends and neighbors and share a meal with them. Is there anything better than to gather around the table? These treat boxes are sure to bring joy when placed on your table as a place setting or used as a party favor to take home. This could be pretty much my favorite, most colorful little handout for General Conference... perfect for your own children or those you are a steward of at church... boys and girls alike! chevron gift bag with handmade paper bow

The Scene and Noted Collection by Pebbles Inc. could possibly be my favorite collection ever... the aquas, reds, grays and yellows are fresh and fun, perfect for just about any project you can think of. Here we folded down a gray chevron bag, stapled a hand written flag tag and folded doily and then glued on a dimensional paper bow with button using the Seen and Noted Collection. Feel free to trade out any color of bag or printed paper to coordinate with the celebration you are working on. They would make a perfect gift bag or take home party favor or place settng. Pretty cute and easy peasy too :)

Spider Treat Box

They say three times the charm. This is my second practice project, but the real test will be if I can remember how I did this tomorrow. Stay tuned :)

I am having fun and like it so far. Our Spider Treat Box is spooky cute for Halloween parties. Fill with your favorite treat. Available as a kit of six here or as a set of six premade Spider Treat Boxes here... we did the work for you :)

owl pillow box

I think heaven lies where summer ends and fall begins. There is something magical about the crispness in the air, the leaves are changing color and it starts getting darker earlier and earlier. Makes me want to settle in at home and nest.

I am learning Illustrator. I know many of you think I already know the program, but truth is I sketch a lot and pass it on to someone who knows what they are doing. I can learn something on the computer and minutes later, draw a blank and get lost with no clue. It promises to be a challenge for me.

I want to mix things up and present our creativity in a new way. I like the warm background for the owl. I am thinking so far so good. What are your thoughts?
