Dear Customers,
It has been nearly 23 years since Pebbles in my Pocket was created and there have been so many changes though the years as we continually transition through trends in this market. I think the one that has transformed this market by far has been digital. First with the digital camera and soon after came blogging, facebook, pinterest and instagram. How we share pictures with our family and friends has quickly changed. We are here for you and in order to better serve you, I want to take the time to get your thoughts and opinions about Pebbles and your crafting interests and shopping patterns. You are now or have been our customers and we value you.
Truthfully, it's a hard market with all of the digital possibilities and the big box stores. Many of the smaller paper crafting stores are closing and more shopping is being done online, which has not really been our strength, but needs to be in the future. I feel it's time to simplify Pebbles again and focus on a few areas that we do well. In trying to do it all, it is easy to feel scattered : ) We have to prioritize and make choices and my choices must begin with you and your needs. What can we do for you to make your life better?
I am asking for your opinion about Pebbles and what you see are our strengths and our weaknesses. Be honest and know that we gladly accept all feedback, most specifically constructive criticism and know this is how we can do better for you. This is confidential and for our store use only.
For your time, we would like to give all who complete this survey a $10 Pebbles gift certificate that can be used in-store or online at Pebbles in my Pocket. It will show up on the screen once you complete the survey. It will have a code for online customers. For in-store customers you will need to print it and bring it with you. Please limit to one gift certificate per survey participant. Keep in mind gift certificate will expire Aug. 15, 2014.
We love what we do here at Pebbles and for the friendships we have made.
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer this quick survey. We appreciate your comments and look forward to serving you in the years to come.
Sincerely,
Brenda Birrell

Hi Brenda. Still get the same error.
It's sad to see the stores closing and the industry changing. I love Scrapbooking and it's because of Pebbles I'm a scrapbooker. I remember walking into Pebbles for the first time. It was probably about 20 years ago. My mother in law had come up to visit from AZ. We went to the mall and passed the cute little shop and She said oh I want to go there I've heard ladies talk about it in AZ. I think she thought it was a fabric store or something like that. Anyway when we went in it wasn't what she expected but I loved it. We stopped at Pebbles and I feel in love instantly. I remember how little the shop was but it was packed full of loveliness. Seems like the floors were old wood floors that creaked as you walked. You had to squeeze through the people to see the product. I remember flipping through one of your sample books and wondering how did you create that? I loved it and wanted to learn how to do it. I didn't know where to start. A little while later I was talking to a neighbor and told her about the store we went to and she said oh their is a lady down the street that sales scrapbook stuff and she does classes. She happened to do a demonstration in RS shortly after and I was hooked. I've watch your store GROW and then change with the years and just love looking around there.
When I first started scrapbooking I would scrapbook about once or twice a month for several years but I can see a change in me as well. I don't have the time and the same desire. I still love it but need to get my mojo back.
I wish there was a way to instill the hype there was 20 years ago with a new generation. Some how there has got to be a way to use the technology of today and integrate it with scrapbooking.
I think people don't print as many pictures because they take so many it is time consuming to pick the right ones. I think this process needs to be simplified somehow so we can get photos printed again.
I hope you make it through these trying times and that all turns out for the better. I was hoping when the store across the street closed that your traffic would increase. I hope it has helped. Hang in there for is die hard scrapbookers :)
I got the same error.
I believe we have fixed the link. In our efforts to keep it one per customer, it did not allow us to copy and past to other formats. Now you will just need to click on the link to our Facebook page and click on the survey.
Thank you so much for your very kind thoughts and memories Lara. I myself blog our families memories, to be able to share my life with my sister Becky in Tennessee is priceless, but I still paper craft in many ways. With the addition of grandchildren , I need a more definite focus.
It is always good to be open for change : )
